I hope I can come back an visit on one of my winter breaks. This is such a cool article to fall on my "B" Day because I am always trying to tell people in a tactful way about TRICLOSAN that is in antibacterial soaps. It is super bad for the environment and our bodies. I learned about it first in a microbiology class. Yes, soap does a great job. I have so far convinced on health club and the school that I work at to stop using antibacterial Tricolsan soap and switch to plain old soap. It took me buying the club a soap dispenser with Dr. Bronners in it...but I think it is really important to get the word out. Okay, I will get off my SOAP box. :) Crossfit intrepid rocks!
