December Challenge: 500m Row

While we tally the results of the November Pistol Challenge, we wanted to introduce the December Challenge, a 500m Row. Many of you performed your baseline row yesterday, but if you missed it then please make it up at some point this week. my baseline row was only 15 seconds faster than my average warmup time. either i am a slowpoke when rowing for time, or i am getting one hell of a warmup all the other times… ???

@Melissa – you’re just that much of a badass. Normally you warm up at 95% of your ability and yesterday you managed to crank it up to 11. Well done! It’s everyone else that slacks off during their warm up rows.

Guys. (and Gals) I feel like taking more than a week off is detrimental to my sanity. Look who is doing am classes and everyone is kickin booty and is that Dustin?! I need to find a job quick!
