FOUNDATIONS

Our Foundations Series consists of 3 one-on-one sessions with a coach who will take you through all the lifts and most of the movements you will encounter in a CrossFit class. During the session, the coach will get an idea of your abilities and limitations so we can properly tailor workouts for you in class. Each session will include a short workout at the end as well. All 3 sessions must be completed before joining regular group classes.

CROSSFIT MEMBERSHIP RATES

Unlimited:$170/mo ($8.50/class if you attend 5 days/week).
Three Classes per Week: $140/mo
Two Classes per Week: $115/mo
*Members from 2011 and before retain their previous rates provided lapses in membership are no longer than 1 month.

Single Class Drop In Rate: $20 per class
10 Class Punch Card: $150 (expires 4 months from date of purchase)

BARBELL WEIGHTLIFTING RATES

Unlimited (Without Current CrossFit Membership): $140/mo
Unlimited (With Current CrossFit Membership): $75/mo
Punchcard: $125
Drop In: $15

CROSSFIT KIDS MEMBERSHIP RATES

Unlimited: $100/mo
10 Class Punch Card: $120 (4-7 & 8-12yrs) and $150 (Teens) (expires 4 months from date of purchase)
Single Class Drop In Rate: $15 (4-7 & 8-12yrs) and $20 (Teens)

1-on-1 & Semi-Private Training

One-on-one sessions are recommended for those wanting a program tailored for specific goals, focusing on optimizing strengths and attacking weaknesses. It’s an ideal option if you:

  • have a schedule that demands more flexibility
  • have been sedentary for some time and want to be eased into the group class
  • are training for a specific sport/event
  • want to work on specific lifts or weaknesses

REMOTE TRAINING

Remote training is also available for anyone who cannot make it due to proximity, work travel, or unpredictable schedules. Our coaches can provide detailed program design, nutritional guidance, and video coaching as needed.

DISCOUNTS

Full time first responders, military (active and reserve), teachers, and students receive a 15% discount on Drop In rate or Unlimited Memberships.

Come by and watch a class, or better yet, jump in for your free first class to see what we’re all about. Tuesdays are reserved for newbies. Check our class schedule and email us at [email protected] with the time you’d like to attend. The Tuesday trial workouts are free but spaces are limited so contact us in advance to reserve your spot.
